Immediate Re-Service

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service on the day of cleaning, we will immediately re-clean the problematic areas at no additional charge. This applies to:

  • Visible streaks or smudges on cleaned windows
  • Missed spots or areas
  • Incomplete frame or sill cleaning
  • Damaged or poorly maintained areas during cleaning

Service Issues

Our technicians are trained to complete services to professional standards. However, if technical or logistical issues prevent complete service delivery (such as equipment failure, extreme weather conditions, or safety concerns), we will:

  • Offer partial refunds based on services completed
  • Reschedule remaining work at no additional charge
  • Provide credits for future services
  • Work with you to find a satisfactory resolution

Refund Eligibility

Full Refunds

Full refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Service was not performed as scheduled without prior notice

Partial Refunds

Non-Refundable Situations

Property damage must be reported immediately during our service visit or within 24 hours. This allows us to:

  • Assess the extent of the issue
  • Initiate appropriate repair or replacement procedures
  • Coordinate with our insurance provider if necessary

Insurance Process

  • We will work directly with your insurance company if needed
  • Provide all necessary documentation and reports
  • Coordinate repairs through approved contractors
  • Handle all insurance claim paperwork

Coverage Limitations

Our insurance coverage applies to damages caused by our direct negligence. We are not responsible for:
